  • Your Teeth Are Shifting and Moving

  • Your Bite Is Changing In A Bad Way

The Old Options For Replacing Missing Teeth

Partial Dentures

Partial dentures come with problems like sore spots, not being able to eat well, needing adhesives, bulky plastic and metal, speech problems, food trapping under them, damage to your other teeth, and watching your face collapse as the jaw bones dissolve away.

Dental Bridges

Dental bridges were the standard of care in the old days. The problem is that they require grinding down adjacent good teeth, they can be difficult to keep clean, and if decay or other problems cause one of the teeth to fail, the whole bridge needs to be replaced.

Conventional Implants

Conventional implants are a good way to replace missing teeth, but they come with significant drawbacks. They require a lot of bone, they require surgery, often times bone grafts, and long healing times. They are complex with multiple parts and they are expensive.

The problem with conventional dental implants:

Conventional implants do a great job, and are a far better option than partial dentures, flippers, or bridges, BUT they also have significant drawbacks.

Here you can see there are two parts held together by a screw. That design has significant ramifications.

  • The screw can break, and now you've got a broken screw stuck way down in the implant

  • There is a seam between the two parts which holds bacteria and makes it more prone to gum disease

  • The two parts flex during function which allows more ingress of bacteria into the seam, and creates structural problems

  • They need to be wider diameter which means they often require bone graft surgery to widen the jaw bone before they can be placed.

  • Because of the large size of the implant, a large hole needs to be bored into the jawbone

  • Often the gum tissues need to be flapped open for implant placement (ie surgery)

  • The implant often needs to be submerged to heal under the gums for 4 months, and then requires the gums to be cut open to expose the implant later

  • Much higher cost

  • When they are used for denture replacement as with the "all-on-4" procedure, large amounts of bone must be removed.

Introducing: A better alternative to the old ways of doing things...

If you have missing teeth and are looking for a modern, minimally invasive solution, it's time to rethink traditional dental implants. One-piece dental implants - specifically Mono Implants and Mini Implants—offer a streamlined, efficient, and more affordable way to restore your smile without the complications of outdated two-piece systems.

What Are One Piece Implants?

The older conventional implants have multiple parts - a screw is used to attach the abutment to the implant. The one piece implant on the other hand is a single solid unit of titanium. This eliminates the need for multiple components—and with fewer parts, there are fewer problems. This streamlined structure simplifies the implant process and offers numerous advantages.

Two-piece implants had their day—but like floppy disks and fax machines, they’re becoming obsolete. With advancements in materials and surgical protocols, one-piece systems are leading the charge into the future of implant dentistry.

Benefits of one piece implants:

  • No screw connections = No weak points

  • Reduced risk of infection and failure

  • Faster healing and fewer appointments

  • Ideal for patients with limited bone volume

  • Lower overall cost compared to traditional systems

Mini Implants: Small Size, Big Impact

The minimally invasive option with maximum benefits

Mini dental implants are smaller in diameter than conventional implants—usually under 3mm—but don't let the size fool you. They're incredibly strong and often used to stabilize dentures or replace missing teeth. They can be ideal for patients with limited bone density or those seeking a less invasive procedure. The minimally invasive nature of mini implant placement results in reduced discomfort and a quicker return to normal activities. If you are looking for small dental implants that offer great stability, minis are a fantastic option.

What Makes Mini Implants Stand Out

  • Quick, minimally invasive placement

  • No sutures, no incisions—just a small pilot hole

  • Immediate loading in many cases

  • Ideal for tight spaces and lower bone volume

Who It's For:
Perfect for denture wearers, older adults, or patients who’ve been told they don’t qualify for implants due to bone loss.

Mono Implants: Power Meets Precision

A strong solution for long-term stability

Mono implants are made from high-strength titanium alloy and are designed for immediate loading—meaning you can often walk out with new teeth the same day. These implants are placed into the cortical (dense) bone, which provides excellent stability even in cases where bone volume is reduced.

Why Patients Love Mono Implants:

  • Immediate function (eat and smile faster)

  • No bone grafting needed in most cases

  • Lower chance of implant mobility or failure

  • Great for full-arch restorations (like All-on-4 alternatives)

Advantages of Mini and Mono Implants

  • Half the cost of conventional implants

  • Can be placed in most areas without bone grafting or surgery

  • Less invasive: We drill a small hole and thread them in

  • No extended healing time

  • No bone removal needed

  • Simpler and faster

  • No gum surgery needed

  • Reduced Surgical Time

  • Faster Healing and Recovery:

  • Lower Risk of Complications:

  • The integrated structure reduces the potential for issues associated with multiple components.

  • Simplified Restoration Process:

  • Streamlined procedures result in a more efficient restoration.

  • The single piece design decreases the possibility of micro-movements, which increases implant longevity.

  • Cost-effectiveness:

What to Expect During the One Piece Implant Procedure

"The one-piece implant procedure typically involves:

  1. Consultation and Treatment Planning:A detailed assessment to determine the best approach.

  2. Implant Placement: The implant is carefully placed into the jawbone.
