What All-on-10 is
All-on-10 replaces a full arch of teeth, upper or lower, with a single zirconia bridge (a strong, tooth-colored ceramic) that’s cemented in place.
It sits on 8 to 10 mono implants, each made from one solid piece of titanium, so there are no small parts or screws to loosen.
With up to ten implants sharing the load instead of four, each one does less work.
And because mono implants are narrow, they usually fit in the bone you already have, often without bone grafting.
It also protects your jawbone. When teeth are lost, the bone underneath slowly dissolves away, which is why dentures get looser and faces start to look sunken over time. Implants act like tooth roots and help keep that bone in place, and with implants spread across the whole arch, more of your jaw stays protected.

The real cost of All-on-4
The All-on-4 with a zirconia bridge often runs $25,000 or more per arch, and $60,000 or more for a full mouth. Much of that pays for big buildings, big staffs, and sales teams.
And the spending doesn't stop once the teeth are in. Screw-retained bridges typically need to be removed at the office for maintenance, and screws and parts wear out and need replacing for as long as you have them.
How it works

Extractions and implants. If needed, teeth are removed and the implants placed, often in the same visit.
Temporary teeth. You leave with temporary teeth while things heal. You're never without teeth.
Your final zirconia bridge. After healing, your permanent bridge is cemented in place.
